Al eerder verscheen de Point & Click titel Gray Matter op de PC, later dit jaar zal de titel echter ook naar de Xbox 360 komen.
In de game is een geest vrijgekomen nadat een experiment totaal verkeerd gaat en het is aan dokter David Styles en diens studente Samantha Everett om deze geest terug te vinden en op te sluiten.
