Om ouder succes nieuw leven in te blazen brengt Capcom enkele oudere Resident Evil games opnieuw uit voor de next-gen systemen. In Europa gaat het hierbij om downloadable games, waaronder Resident Evil 4.
Ondanks dat het een download betreft heeft de game niet 200, maar de volledige 1000 achievementpunten in zich die gamers kunnen verdienen. De lijst zelf blijft echter beperkt tot twaalf achievements, te weten de volgende:
