Met Top Spin 4 ontwikkelt Take Two momenteel een nieuwe tennisgame voor de PS3, de Xbox 360 en de Wii waarin we aan de slag gaan met tientallen tennis-sterren zoals Pete Sampras in verschillende bekende WTA en ATP toernooien.
In Top Spin 4 kunnen we opnieuw Achievements gaan verdienen, er worden veertig Achievements voorzien welke duizend Gamer Points waard zijn.
