Met Star Wars: The Force Unleashed ontwikkelde LucasArts een nieuwe subserie voor de befaamde Star Wars franchise. In The Force Unleashed maken we kennis met Starkiller, de geheime leerling van Darth Vader en in het vervolg keert hij op mysterieuze wijze terug. De game verschijnt op de DS, de Wii, de PC, de PS3 en de Xbox 360.
De game laat je natuurlijk eveneens Trophies verdienen, waarbij de game er 51 bevat. Acht daarvan zijn voorlopig nog geheim, maar de anderen zijn onderverdeeld in 34 bronzen, vijf zilveren, drie gouden en één platinum Trophy.
