Met Agarest: Generations of War ontwikkelde Red Entertainment een nieuwe RPG voor de PlayStation 3 en de Xbox 360. Het verhaal speelt zich af over vijf generaties waarbij je in elke generatie aan de slag moet met de zoon van je vorige hoofdpersonage.
In Europa kun je alleen aan slag met de PlayStation 3 versie, maar in Amerika zullen beide versies verschijnen wat ideaal is voor importfanaten met een Xbox 360 en zonder PS3. Als die importfanaten de game in huis halen, kunnen zij vijftig Achievements verdienen voor een totaal van duizend punten.
