Met BlazBlue ontwikkelde Guilty Gear ontwikkelaar Arc System Works een nieuwe vechtgame voor de arcade, welke later werd overgezet naar de PlayStation 3 en de Xbox 360. Nu komt de game ook naar de PSP als BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger Portable.
