Op de Xbox Live Arcade kun je momenteel Uno aanschaffen dankzij Microsoft, maar ook DS, PS3, PSP en Wii eigenaren willen Uno spelen. Dankzij Gameloft, zusterbedrijf van Ubisoft, wordt dit binnenkort mogelijk. Gameloft ontwikkelt momenteel een Uno videospel voor DSiWare, het PlayStation 3 en PlayStation Portable via het PSN en WiiWare.
Op de PlayStation 3 bevat Uno natuurlijk Trophies. De game bevat in totaal dertien bronzen, één zilveren en één gouden Trophy.
