Na Ben 10 en Ben 10: Alien Force produceerde Cartoon Network een derde Ben 10 serie in de vorm van Ben 10: Ultimate Alien. Ook deze serie krijgt een eigen game, namelijk Ben 10: Ultimate Alien: Cosmic Destruction voor de DS, de Wii, de PS3, de PS2, de PSP en de Xbox 360.
