Met Prison Break: The Conspiracy ontwikkelt ZootFly momenteel een Prison Break videogame voor de PC, de PlayStation 3 en de Xbox 360. In de game speel je Company agent Tom Paxton welke zichzelf laat opsluiten in Fox River om te onderzoeken waarom Michael Scofield zich liet opsluiten in Fox River.
Zoals elke nieuwe PlayStation 3 game bevat Prison Break een hoop Trophies. De game bevat 46 Trophies, waarvan één platinum, drie gouden, zes zilveren, dertien bronzen en 23 geheime Trophies.
