Microsoft beloofde een wereldwijde launch van hun nieuwste console, de Xbox 360. Volgens het blad Game Informer is hier echter geen sprake van.
Ze hebben namelijk van een betrouwbare bron vernomen dat de Xbox 360 dit jaar niet in Japan zal uitkomen. De nieuwste console zou pas in maart in de winkels van Japan komen te liggen, aldus Game Informer.
Mocht de Xbox 360 inderdaad pas in de 3e maand van 2006 verschijnen in Japan, dan zal de console van Microsoft het moeten opnemen tegen de PlayStation 3, die ook rond deze tijd uit komt.
