GTA:SA zal in totaal 3 maal zoveel tracks bezitten als het toch al niet zo lullige aantal dat GTA3 bezat. Het gaat hier om de grootste gelicenceerde muziekverzameling ooit in videogames
Ook zal het spel 11 radiozenders en 20 unieke DJ's bevatten.
Compleet nieuw is dat DJ's nu zullen reageren op het spelverloop. Je kunt dus rekening houden met nieuws over je eigen acties, weerberichten en tracks die gekozen worden naar de situatie.
Leuk is dat de kwaliteit van de muziek gepaard gaat met de kwaliteit van de speakers van jouw (gestolen) wagen. Voor de beste kwaliteit muziek zul je dus een bak met een mooi setje moeten jatten.
