Of we ooit een nieuwe Fatal Fury zullen zien blijft voorlopig een vraag, wat we wel weten is dat oudere Fatal Fury games opnieuw zullen worden uitgebracht.
SNK Playmore USA heeft namelijk aangegeven met Fatal Fury: Battle Archives Volume 1 te komen. Het spel is een Fatal Fury collectie, bestaande uit Fatal Fury 1, 2, 3 en Special.
