Momenteel is Dead or Alive 5 beschikbaar op de PlayStation 3 en de Xbox 360, maar daar stopt het niet bij. Binnenkort komt de game ook naar de PlayStation Vita als Dead or Alive 5 Plus. In de game keren Dead or Alive personages als Ryu Hayabusa, Hayate, Ayane en Kasumi opnieuw terug voor een groots gevecht.
