Na Hyperdimension Neptunia ontwikkelt Compile Heart momenteel Hyperdimension Neptunia mk-II voor de PlayStation 3. In deze versie mogen we ook met personages spelen die de handhelds voorstellen, in tegenstelling tot het origineel waar de personages de consoles voorstelden.
