Met het derde Guitar Hero III deel wil de ontwikkelaar ons verblijden met vele nummers om lekker op te rocken, ook dit keer hebben ze een hoop nieuwe voor ons.
Onder andere een persoonlijke favoriet van ondergetekende is toegevoegd, ik weet nu al dat ik mijn gitaarkwaliteiten zal laten horen in "Stricken" van Disturbed. Ook bands als Aerosmith, Slipknot en The Killers zijn te horen, daarnaast zijn liedjes van Santana en The Who rerecorded. Hieronder de laatste toevoegingen:
