Hoewel Flight Simulator hier niet de impact heeft als een Halo 3 is het voor een groep toch een game die een hoge status verworven heeft. Speciaal voor deze groep het volgende nieuwtje.
Microsoft heeft bekend gemaakt dat Flight Simulator X een uitbreiding gaat krijgen. Flight Simulator X: Adrenaline bevat luchtraces, nieuwe missies en, vanzelfsprekend, nieuwe vliegtuigen.
