Over drie dagen kunnen we ons onderdompelen in The Sinking City, een game die zich afspeelt in de jaren 20. Het betreft een actie- en onderzoeksgame in een open wereld, geďnspireerd door de boeken van horrormeester H.P. Lovecraft.
Als Charles, een privédetective, die naar Oakmont, Massachusetts gaat moeten spelers de oorzaak achterhalen van een rampzalige, bovennatuurlijke overstroming. Binnen deze beklemmende, duistere sfeer moet de speler de oorsprong ontdekken van wat het ook is dat de stad en de geesten van haar inwoners in zijn greep houdt.
