Famitsu heeft een top 100 gemaakt van de games van 2003.
Ten eerste vallen er aan de game top 100 een aantal dingen op.
-Niet één Xbox-game staat in de lijst, wat weer eens duidelijk maakt dat de Xbox het in Japan zeer slecht doet
-Pokémon stond vorig jaar op plaats 1, nu op plaats 2. Daaruit blijkt dat het fenomeen Pokémon nog steeds erg populair is.
