In 2007 startte BioWare de Mass Effect trilogie met het gelijknamige Xbox 360 en PC spel, en binnenkort eindigt men de trilogie met Mass Effect 3 voor PC, PlayStation 3 en de Xbox 360. In de game komen al je keuzes samen in een spetterende finale.
Met Mass Effect 3 kunnen we 51 Trophies verdienen, waarvan één platina, twee gouden, zes zilveren en 44 bronzen. Eens je deze verdiend hebt, kun je ook nog twee bronzen DLC trophies verdienen met de From Ashes DLC.
