Enige tijd geleden maakte Disney bekend dat ze flink wat geld gingen pompen in de game-industrie. Ze voegden de daad bij hun woord door de ontwikkelstudio Climax Racing aan te schaffen.
De studio is onder andere verantwoordelijk voor games als MotoGP en ATV Offroad Fury, maar deze zelfde studio zal nu wel door het leven gaan onder een andere naam, Disney maakt namelijk bekend dat de studio nu Black Rock Studio heet. De studio zal zich gaan richten op 'triple A' racetitels.
