Vorige maand maakte Ubisoft een nieuwe Watch Dogs officieel, Legion geheten. Een uniek punt is dat je in de game als een ieder kunt spelen binnen een futuristisch Londen en we leren nu dat er meerdere verhaallijnen zijn.
Game Design Director Kent Hudson heeft in een interview aangegeven dat het verhaal een groot onderdeel zal vormen van de game. In totaal zijn er vijf verschillende verhaallijnen die zijn verbonden aan de thematische pilaren.

"So, for example, we’re gonna be looking at today a storyline that’s about the surveillance state. It’s basically about the spies of the nation turning their technology inward and actually spying on the citizens of England and London. There’s one that’s about the surveillance state. There’s one that’s themed around the private military contractors who’ve supplanted the police in the city, and they’ve actually taken over."
Het eindresultaat laat nog even op zich wachten, Watch Dogs: Legion verschijnt op 6 maart 2020 voor de PC, PlayStation 4 en Xbox One.
