Blues and Bullets draait om Eliot Ness, een pensioneerde agent die ooit de gangster Al Capone in de gevangenis liet draaien. Inmiddels runt hij een eettent onder de naam Blues and Bullets, maar Al Capone vraagt zijn hulp in de zoektocht naar zijn ontvoerde kleindochter, juist omdat hij alleen Ness kan vertrouwen. De eerste episode verscheen reeds op de PC, maar komt ook naar de Xbox One, inclusief de volgende achievements.
