Een goede game is een combinatie van factoren. Gameplay, graphics en natuurlijk het geluid bepalen of een spel goed is of niet. Ook een game als Medal of Honor: Airborne moet het van meerdere factoren hebben.
Als het gaat om het geluid lijkt het wel goed te zitten, Electronic Arts heeft namelijk bekend gemaakt dat Michael Giacchino de muziek zal verzorgen voor de game. De man is bekend van TV projecten als Lost en Alias, maar deed daarnaast ook films als Mission Impossible III, The Incredibles en het hier nog te verschijnen Ratatouille. Giacchino is overigens geen vreemde in de Medal of Honor serie, ook eerdere games voorzag hij van de nodige intensiteit.
