Bij Eidos Montreal hoopt men een succesvolle opvolger voor Deus Ex te maken met Deus Ex: Human Revolution voor PC, PS3 en Xbox 360. De game is een prequel die zich afspeelt in 2027. Je speelt de doodnormale Adam Jensen die bewaker is bij een technologielab waarin men biotechnische verbeteringen voor de mens ontwikkelt.
In de PlayStation 3 versie kun je vijftig Trophies terugvinden, waaronder 23 geheime Trophies. De resterende Trophies vind je terug in onderstaande lijst.
