Wekelijks bestudeert Gamed de Japanse charts van Media Create, ook deze week nemen we de cijfers onder de loep. Media Create lanceerde nu de verkoop-cijfers van 29 december 2014 tot en met 4 januari 2015.
Op hardwaregebied zien we alvast dat Media Create geen zin meer heeft om de verkopen van de Xbox 360 en de PSP bij te houden. Echt significant is die wijziging alvast niet. Deze vakantieweek werd namelijk gedomineerd door andere platforms. De XL variant van de Nintendo 3DS - de LL in Japan - was alvast het bestverkopende platform, op afstand gevolgd voor Vita en PS4. Ook Wii U en de andere Nintendo 3DS edities doen het zeer goed.

De Nintendo 3DS dominantie is opvallend in bovenstaande hardwarecharts, maar ze is nog veel groter in de software-charts met 14 vermeldingen tegenover drie Wii U vermeldingen. De PlayStation 3, 4 en Vita moeten elk tevreden zijn met één plekje.

valt wel op dat de XBOX 360 heel slecht verkoopt zelfs de Xbox One wordt minder verkocht en de PS3 gaat juist weer meer verkocht worden zie ik Nice
