Met Worms Revolution Extreme ontwikkelt Team17 momenteel een PlayStation Vita-versie van de PlayStation 3-game Worms Revolution. Het spel kent een singleplayer campagne met 47 missies en 25 puzzels in omgevingen met thema's als het riool, een boerenerf, spoken, het strand, Mars, de kermis en de middeleeuwen.
In deze nieuwe Worms-game kan de speler 36 Trophies verdienen waaronder één Platinum, vijf gouden, tien zilveren en twintig bronzen Trophies.
