Atari doet er alles aan om van Marc Ecko's Getting Up: Contents under Pressure een grote hit te maken in gameland. Sean 'Diddy' Combs probeert hier nu aan mee te helpen.
De beste man zal namelijk meehelpen aan de in-game tracks om ook het geluid een positieve impuls te geven. De muziek tracks zullen ook aanwezig zijn op de soundtrack van de game welke toegevoegd wordt aan de Limited Edition van de game.
De Limited Edition van de soundtrack kent ook nog eens vier exclusieve tracks welke co-geproduceerd zijn door Sean Combs, inclusief een exclusieve versie van Notorious B.I.G.'s "Who Shot Ya", remixed door Serj van System of a Down. Andere door Diddy geproduceerde tracks zijn "Clik, Clak, and Spray" (Pack FM), "Book of Judges" (Pharoahe Monch) en "Getting Up Anthem: Part 1" (Talib Kweli, met de stem van de game zelf; Trane en Hip-Hop artiest Rakim)
