Vroeger waren televisies geen algemeen goed en dus werd media op andere manieren geconsumeerd, bijvoorbeeld via de radio. De BBC lijkt dit gevoel terug te willen brengen middels een radiodrama rondom Splinter Cell.
De achtdelige serie zal op BBC Radio 4 worden uitgezonden op 2 december en volgt Fourth Echelon agent Sam Fisher op een nieuwe missie waarin het zijn doel is om een nieuwe generatie Splinter Cell agenten te rekruteren en op te leiden.

Sam Fisher zal worden ingesproken door Andonis Anthony en de rol van zijn dochter, Sarah, zal worden ingesproken door Daisy Head. Tevens zullen Rosalie Craig, Sacha Dhawan en Nikesh Patel worden ingevuld, de meest bekende naam is ongetwijfeld Will Poulter, bekend van The Maze Runner en We're the Millers. De acteur laat weten:

There is a lot of comedy, the drama is expanded and horizons broadened by the characters and what they get up to. It is taking the best of Splinter Cell and building on that to make something really well rounded.”
