Manager Phil Harrison kende zijn grote doorbraak bij Sony Computer Entertainment waar hij meer dan vijftien jaar werkte. Hij verliet het bedrijf in 2008 waarna hij via vele omzwervingen bij Microsoft belandde.
Harrison werkt sinds 2012 voor Microsoft's Xbox team waar de aanhangers van het bedrijf hem nooit echt konden appreciëren, mede omdat de output van de Europese studio's waarover hij de leiding had beperkt was. Het Microsoft avontuur van Harrison is nu echter bijna ten einde, Microsoft bevestigde het gerucht van vorige maand dat Harrison het bedrijf verlaat. Xbox hoofd Phil Spencer neemt met veel spijt afscheid van Harrison die op zoek gaat naar een nieuwe uitdaging.
