CLASSES


Assassin

* Increased the bonuses granted by Vile Poisons to 4/8/12/16/20% per respective feat point (up from 3/6/9/12/15%)
* Increased the bonuses granted by Vile Corruption to 4/8/12/16/20% per respective feat point (up from 3/6/9/12/15%)


Barbarian

* Blood Rage Stance has been changed to an Active Proc with the same proc rate as Reaver Stance.
* Blood Rage Stance can stack up to 10 times.
* Blood Rage Stance buffs now increase max Health and current Health instead of Evade Chance.
* Reaver Stance can stack up to 10 times.
* Added bonus weapon damage to the core buff of Reaver Stance.
* Increased the bonus weapon damage granted by the core buff of Blood Rage Stance.
* Slightly increased the proc rate of the stance buffs.
* Insanity now increases the maximum stack size of the Blood Rage Stance by 1/2/2 per respective feat point for a total of 5 more stacks.
* Predatory Instincts has been redesigned to increase the maximum stack size of Reaver Stance. The stack size increase is 1/2/2 per respective feat point for a total of 5 extra stacks.
* Spirit of the Panther now provides its critical hit chance increase to Cyclone of Steel based on the number of Reaver Stance stacks active on the Barbarian. With 1 feat point invested, the Barbarian will have +5% chance to critically hit when Reaver Stance reaches 7 stacks or more. With 2 feat points invested, the Barbarian will have +10% chance to critically hit when Reaver Stance reaches 10 stacks or more. With 3 feat points invested, the Barbarian will have +15% chance to critically hit when Reaver Stance reaches 13 stacks or more.
* Savage Fury now requires 10 stacks of Reaver Stance to be active rather than a percentage of health missing.
* Activating Savage Fury increases the damage inflicted by the barbarian’s attacks.
* Endless Fury now increases the duration of Savage Fury by 2.5/5 seconds per respective feat point for both the Barbarian and the team.
* Reduced the bonuses gained from Savage Fury and Endless Fury.
* The Overpower feat has been re-designed. It will now give you a new ability called Overpower. Whenever you trigger an off-hand attack there is a 20/40/60/80/100% to unlock the ability Overpower. This attack is a direct damage cone attack of the barbarian. The damage of Overpower is scaled with the amount of stacks of Reaver you have running. You can only use Overpower when you are in the Reaver Stance.
* Lure has been replaced with a new feat that grants 2/4% fear resistance for each stack of Reaver stance currently active. Unstable Mind has been moved to the Reaver tree and made a 1 feat point. Unstable Mind will now correctly give fear immunity when used.
* Unstable Mind in the Berserker tree has been replaced with the feat Blood Crazed, a 1 point feat. Blood Crazed increases your maximum health while you are in Blood Rage stance.
* The feat "Ability - Welcoming Death" has been changed to "Welcoming Death". This feat now gives you a 45% weapon damage increase when you attack an enemy with 35% or lower health. You will only get this bonus if you are in Blood Rage stance.
* Arcane Marauder has been changed. It now passively gives you a 1/2/3/4/5% immunity chance. Additionally, while you are in Blood Rage stance you have a 4/8/12/16/20% chance of increasing your Blood Rage stack by 1 when taking spell damage. When hit by a spell critical, you gain the Arcane Marauder effect, increasing your movement speed by 25%.
* Fearsome Agility has been removed and replaced with Unstoppable, and has swapped place with Rampage. When attacked while under 35% health, you will gain 6/12/18/24/30% damage deflection for 15 seconds. The internal cooldown for gaining this buff has been lowered from 30 seconds to 15 seconds. This effect will only trigger if you are in Blood Rage stance.
* The Swarm Fighter feat has been changed. The healing proc it causes on minions now scales with the base damage on the minion, rather than being a static amount. Additional feat points now increase the healing done, in addition to the radius of the effect. A minion cannot be affected by Swarm Fighter more than once per minute. This feat now also grants a passive 4/8/12/16/20% weapon damage increase for the barbarian.
* Rampaging Horde now provides the Barbarian's team members with a static amount of ranged and melee weapon damage.
* The Rampage feat has been changed and now gives a permanent combat rating increase.
* Moved Unstoppable from the Reaver tree to the second to last tier in the Berserker Tree.
* Hammer and Anvil now increases the damage dealt by Staggering Blow by 5/10/15/20/25% per respective feat point in addition to its current effect.
* The variance of the Sever damage proc has been lowered so it does more reliable damage. This damage for this proc now also has a chance to critically hit.
* Dance of Death has had its cooldown lowered to 40 seconds and had its damage significantly increased. The AOE damage effect will now only trigger once per swing if hitting multiple targets at once, rather than once per target struck. The variance of the damage was lowered so it inflicts more reliable damage. The damage from Dance of Death can now critically hit.
* Increased the bonuses to the Stunning Punch combo given by the Hammer and Anvil feat to 9/18/27/36/45% per respective feat point (up from 3/6/9/12/15%)
* Increased the bonuses granted by the Cyclone of Razors feat to 5/10/15/20/25% per respective feat point (up from 1/2/3/4/5%)
* Reduced the bonuses granted by the Jagged Weapons feat to 4/8/12% per respective feat point (down from 10/20/30%)
* Reduced the cooldown of Decapitation to 40 seconds (down from 2 minutes)
* Increased the bonuses granted by the Decapitation feat to 8/16/24/32% per point after the first (up from 3/6/9/12%)
* Increased the duration of the Lashing Swords debuff to 10 seconds (was 5).
* Twist and Tear has changed places in the feat tree with Predatory Instincts.
* Increased Evade Chance of Predatory Instincts to 3/6/9/12/15%.
* Increased Stamina Regeneration of Predatory Instincts.
* Increased duration of Predatory Instincts to 15s (was 13s).
* The duration of the buff gained via Reverse Swing now increases by 2 seconds per additional feat point spent, in addition to the magnitude increase.
* Back in the Fray has been changed. It is now just a pure heal and no longer has the requirement to be used after a knockback. It now requires that you have Reaver Stance running, and will consume up to 5 stacks of the reaver stance buff (but does not require 5 stacks to use). The cooldown has been increased to 60 seconds and the tick interval changed from 2 seconds to 3 seconds.


Bear Shaman

* Increased the mana cost of the 4 Manifestations.
* Added a new mechanic to the Bear Shaman: While the Bear Shaman has any Manifestation active, any target hit with Internal Bleed will suffer from the following effects:
o Manifestation of Winter causes the Arctic Slumber vision. The target is drained of stamina and mana over time and when this effect expires, they are snared for a short time.
o Manifestation of the Sun causes the Desert Bloom vision. The target takes fire damage over time and when this effect expires, the Bear Shaman receives a damage boost for a short time.
o Manifestation of the Forest causes the Tree of Life vision. The Bear Shaman gains a self-stacking Armor and Protection buff and when this effect expires, the Bear Shaman gains additional Armor and Protection for a short time.
o Manifestation of Spirit causes the World Walker vision. The target takes poison damage over time and when this effect expires, they suffer a large amount of damage.
* Changed Manifestation: Hostile Territory to Manifestation of Spirit. This spell is gained at level 15 and pulses a 5% damage debuff to all enemies around the Bear Shaman.
* Manifestation: Enfeeble has been replaced with Manifestation of Winter. This spell now has only one rank is gained a level 35 and pulses cold damage on all foes around the Bear Shaman while active.
* Replaced Spirits of the Earth with a new Spell - Manifestation of the Forest. This spell reduces the physical invulnerability rating of all foes around the Bear Shaman by -10% while active.
* Replaced Spirits of the Debased with a new Spell - Manifestation of the Sun. This spell reduces the hate generated by the Bear Shaman and reduces the incoming healing received by all foes around the Bear Shaman by -10% while active.
* Renamed Manifestation: Regrowth to Rune of Regrowth. This spell no longer shares buff lines with any Manifestations.
* All manifestations have had their durations changed to 25 seconds, their cooldown changed to 50 seconds and their cast time reduced to 0.5 seconds.
* Reduced Aspect - Blood Fever to a 3 point feat. This feat no longer grants a new ability.
* Changed Blood Fever to increase weapon damage by 5/10/15% while any Manifestation is active.
* Changed Untamed Regeneration to no longer grant a new ability. It now grants the same amount of regeneration while any Manifestation is active.
* Internal Bleed III has had its combo-sequence reduced from three steps to two (UR>UP)
* Internal Bleed IV has had its combo-sequence reduced from four steps to two (LR>UP)
* Added a New Feat: Mutilation. The feat is located above Bewilder in the Wrath tree and increases the critical chance of the Internal Bleed damage over time effect by 5/10/15/20/25% per respective rank and increases the critical bonus damage by 60/70/80/90/100% per respective rank.
* Crushed Bones has been changed from affecting the combo opener for Internal Bleed to affecting the finisher damage. The bonus has been recalculated accordingly.
* Crushed Organs has been increased by an additional 1% per rank.
* Removed all Spirit Totem spells. Some of the bonuses granted by these Totems has been added to different Claw effects as follows: Claws of Corruption and Claws of the Reaper now provide additional Combat Rating (Unholy) passively. Claws of Life and Claws of Stone now provide additional Armor passively.
* Ursine Spirit has been moved to the place Spirit Totem: Miasma used to occupy.
* Spirit Totem: Miasma has been renamed to Gangrene. It now increases the periodic damage of Manifestation of Winter.
* Spirit Walker has been changed to modify the damage over time effect and the ending damage of the World Walker vision.
* Shards of the Earth has been changed and now significantly increases the damage of Ursine Crush.
* Ursine Roar no longer grants a spell and has been renamed Ursine Spirit and is now located in the Spirits tree. It now improves the damage debuff component of Manifestation of Spirit by 1/2/5% per respective feat point.
* Added a new feat to the Wrath tree: Winter's Bite. This feat increases the power of the mana and stamina drain effect of Arctic Slumber and the power of the ending snare effect caused by Arctic Slumber.
* Scarred Hide has been changed to have a chance to give the bonus armor buff on all physical hits, not just critical hits. The proc chance has been adjusted down to 3%/8%/16% and the armor bonus to 10%.
* Iron Hide has been significantly improved. The duration has been lowered to 6 seconds, but it will now fully absorb up to 100 attacks during that period. In addition, attacks against you while Iron Hide is running will grant you a damage increase during and after Iron Hide activation. The more attacks you absorb, the higher this damage bonus will be. The cooldown of Iron Hide has been increased to 2 minutes (up from 1.5 minutes).
* Ursine Crush has had its cooldown lowered to 1 minute.
* Created a new 3 point feat on the third tier in the Wrath tree: Ursine Fury. This feat increases the duration of the stun effect caused by Ursine Crush by 0.5/1/1.5 seconds per respective feat point.
* Created a new 1 point feat on the sixth tier in the Wrath tree: Ursinity. This feat reduces the cooldown of Ursine Rush by 15 seconds.
* Created a new 2 point feat on the eighth tier in the Wrath tree: Rampaging Crush - This feat increases the radius of Ursine Crush by 1/2 meters per respective feat point.
* A new feat Companion Spirit has been added into the Spirits tree, as a requirement to Booming Roar. When you perform a physical critical hit you have a 10/20/30/40/50% chance of spawning a Companion Spirit, and whenever you perform a fatality a Companion Spirit will be created. Regardless of how the Companion Spirit is summoned, a Companion Spirit cannot be summoned more than once every 15 seconds. The bear attacks with you and stacks up the Physical Torment debuff on the enemy. Additionally, if you have Claws of the Reaper running, it will apply the Claws of Stone debuff on the target, and if you have Claws of Stone running, it will apply Claws of the Reaper instead.
* Claws of the Reaper now provides all players attacking the cursed target with a damage boost if they are currently affected by Renewal.
* Switched the locations of Claws of Life and Claws of the Reaper.
* Increased the bonuses granted to the Crush Armor combo by the Rupture feat to 20% (up from 5%).
* Bloodthirst has had the final step of its combo-sequence changed from UP to UL making the new sequence LR>UR>UL
* The damage of the Bloodthirst combo has been increased.
* Blood Champion has been changed from a clickable to an additional passive damage bonus when casting Blood Flow. The damage bonus has been reduced to 6/12/18/24/30% weapon contribution.
* Increased the duration of the Blood Warrior effect to 15 seconds.
* Ursine Rush has been changed to a 1 point feat.
* Changed the Rune of Slaughter feat to "Slaughter" This feat now passively increases Armor Penetration.
* Added the Physical Ruin proc to the Rune of Aggression spell.
* Increased the cooldown of Rune of Aggression to 45 seconds.
* Slightly increased the weapon contribution bonus gained from Rune of Aggression.
* Weight of the World no longer grants an ability. It now increases critical damage by 2.5/5% per respective feat point.
* Battle Roar no longer grants a new spell. It instead provides a reduced bonus to weapon damage and max health passively.
* Increased the Miss Chance debuff values of Ursine Brawl to 3/5/8% per respective combo rank.
* All ranks of Ursine Brawl now share cooldowns.
* Increased the bonuses granted by Ursine Onslaught to 9/18/27/36/45% (up from 2/4/6/8/10%)
* The cooldown of Ether Theft has been reduced to 25 seconds, down from 30.
* Lycanthropic Bite has been made instant-cast, down from 1 second.
* Ursine Crush has been adjusted so that the damage component occurs before the stun component.
* The casting time of Booming Roar has been reduced from 1 second to 0.1 seconds.
* Renamed the Fierce Recovery blocker effect to 'Hibernation' to avoid a naming conflict.


Conqueror

* Increased the bonuses granted by Rend and Tear to 5/10/15/20/25% per respective feat point (up from 3/6/9/12/15%)
* Increased the bonuses to the Batter Aside combo given by the Devastate feat to 9/18/27/36/45% per respective feat point (up from 2/4/6/8/10%)
* Increased the bonuses granted by the Power Feint feat to 5/10/15/20/25% per respective feat point (up from 1/2/3/4/5%)


Guardian

* Fixed an issue which caused the Crippling Thrusts feat to increase the damage of Reckoning.


Necromancer

* The mana cost of the spells used by pets have been lowered.
* Using General of the Dead will now correctly put Slaughter Wraith on cooldown, and will now also put Despoil the Soul and Reap the Soul on similar cooldowns.


Ranger

* All class-specific melee combos (Incapacitating Stabs I & II, Cripple I & II, Shield Bash and Immolation) are now usable while a one-handed blunt weapon is equipped as your primary weapon. The tooltips now also reflect on these changes.


GENERAL

* Purchased pets and companions, such as the Cobra, Tabby, or Field Mouse, can now be traded between players.
* Lacheish Plains: Fixed an issue where the zone door would randomly fail to port players to Field of the Dead.
* Cradle of Decay: Falling debris shot down from tunnel roofs should now injure both enemies and players more reliably on impact.



COMBAT

* When a target resists a hostile spell, it will now still go on cooldown. This is to prevent incidents where a caster would spam an instant-cast spell until it went through on a target with high spell resistance.



PvP

General

* Mage shield absorb values are now capped in PvP to either absorb the full amount, or 20% of the damage. (down from 50% of the damage).


Massive PvP

* Siege weapons now disappear faster after getting destroyed.
* The point values of the buildings have been adjusted. The profession buildings and the keep are now worth more points while the point values of walls and towers have been lowered.



NPCs / MOBS

* Cradle of Decay: Nogg now correctly resets himself less often after you have successfully killed Haid.
* Cradle of Decay: The Lord of Decay should no longer attempt to kill uninvolved group members if they return to the Cradle in the middle of the fight after dying.
* Vengeful Drowned Ones should now correctly drop Mortiferous Tasset, Bloodsire Helm, Vashian Treads, and Kel'Avashk Cap.



QUESTS

Destiny Quest (Soul Chamber)

* The Grim Grey God encounter has become easier. Your progress through the encounter no longer resets to the beginning when you perish. Encounter mechanics such as sarcophagus buffs and cultist wave spawns are now communicated clearer and more consistent.

Corrections

* Correctie van de Bug waarin de -20 Damage Penalty werd toegepast, ongeacht het level verschil tussen de characters. De Penalty is nu zoals die hoort te zijn: 1% minder Damage per level dat je lager bent, met een maximum van 20%.
* Het verwijderen van de bug in het chat systeem waardoor je iedereen om je heen kon disconnecten.
* Correctie van de bug waarmee je items kon verdubbelen in het Auction House
* Correctie van de bug die een verkeerd nummer liet zien wanneer een stack van items in tweeën deed, en daarna zou verhandelen.
* Correctie van de bug waardoor je items abnormaal in je Personal Shop kreeg, wanneer er een event item in de verkoop was die op auto registration stond.

FEATURES

Need for Speed

* The inventory service, which keeps track of the ownership and location of everything in the game, has been changed to use the new database service backend to connect and communicate with the Tranquility database. This will yield noticably less network I/O and memory usage than the previous system. The performance of most inventory related operations will improve, but there may be cases where performance will degrade. We fully expect a good performance gain on the whole though. The in-memory inventory storage has had a new index added which will address "The Jita Problem“ where performance has been degrading over time as more items are primed in local storage. Maintaining an extra index induces some overhead, but frees the server from having to search through very large sets in highly populated systems. Degredation of searches over time is now a function of the player population at a given location and not a function of the number of items in a location as before.


CHANGES

Tech 3

* Several changes have been made to fix the cost of Tech 3 production: the volume of some gases required will be halved; the drop rate of the Neurovisual Input Matrix salvage item has been increased; and the material requirement for the power conduits has been switched from carbon-86 to Scandium Metallofullerene.
* Reverse Engineering will see several improvements. We are increasing the drop rate of Tech 3 datacores, increasing the runs on the blueprints from reverse engineering jobs and increasing the presence of radar sites in wormhole space.

Modules

* The Omnidirectional Tracking Link I has had its description changed and will now correctly state that it "Improves optimal range and tracking on all drones."
* Strip miners, ice harvesters, doomsdays, triage module, siege modules and other modules which previously used a CPU bonus on the ship to allow you to fit a special module now use a new “Can be Fitted To” attribute and no longer need the high base CPU to restrict the fitting of the module. The CPU on each of these types of modules has been adjusted to no longer require a 10,000 CPU base as a result of employing this new method.

Weapons & Ammunition

* The siege module explosion velocity penalty for Citadel Torpedoes has been changed from -92.5% to -60%.

Drones

* The drop rates for faction drone blueprints have been increased substantially. In addition, we have increased the material quantities needed in many containers for the parts required to make meta drones. The materials required to make faction drones and rogue drone component material volume have both been decreased.

Skills

* The pre-requisite skills for Capital Shield Operation have been changed. The new requirements for the training of this skill will be Shield Management V, Shield Operation V and Engineering V.

Markets & Contracts

* Freeform contracts can no longer be created. This is due to griefing problems. You will still be able to view your completed freeform contracts for now but in an upcoming expansion older freeform contracts will be removed as well.

Starbases, Outposts and Stations

* Multiple changes have been made to the anchoring and onlining of starbase modules and structures. All offensive starbase structure anchoring times have been reduced by 50% and all offensive starbase structure online times have also been reduced by 50%. Defensive starbase structures such as hardeners will have their anchoring, online and un-anchor times reduced by 50%. Finally, all starbase tower un-anchoring times have been reduced by 50%.

Miscellaneous

* The Basic Drone Control certificate will now require the skill Drones to be trained to Level 4.


FIXES

Modules

* All five variations of the Gas Harvester module have had the "Crystals Damage" attribute removed under Show Info. Since these modules do not use crystals, the attribute was redundant.
* Mousing over a module on the fitting screen will now always display the correct CPU and powergrid requirements when the target ship has a specific bonus to fitting. For example, hovering the mouse over a Covert Ops Cloaking Device II while in the fitting screen of a Covert Ops ship will display the proper CPU requirements. If you have Covert Ops trained to level V then it will display the CPU required as “0” rather than “10,000.”

Tech 3

* The Offensive Covert Reconfiguration System has had its description fixed and will no longer say that you can fit a Covert Cynosural Field Generator.
* The reverse engineering of the Intact Power Core ancient relic was incorrectly generating Electronics subsystem class BPC’s. This has now been rectified and the correct Engineering subsystem blueprints will be created as intended.

Agents & Missions

* A redundant empty room has been removed from the mission “Cash Flow for Capsuleers (4 of 10).”
* The mission “Cash Flow for Capsuleers (8 of 10)” has had the “objective completed” location fixed. Players will now be required to approach the destination as per the agent’s instruction. Previously, this mission would be marked as complete as soon as players warped into deadspace area.
* “Balancing the Books (3 of 10)” will now have the correct NPC, depending upon the faction you are running the mission for. Amarr variations will have a Blood Raider pirate, Caldari will have a Guristas pirate, Gallente will have a Serpentis pirate and Minmatar will have an Angel pirate.
* The NPC’s in the mission “Vitoc Vector - A Terrible Thing (4 of 4)” have been rebalanced. The overall number of enemies has been reduced but their difficulty has been increased.
* The missions “Delving into The Past (1 & 2 of 3)” now have their completion triggers fixed. The mission journal will now blink correctly when the mission objective has been looted from the container.
* The orbit range of the two rogue drones in the mission “Making Mountains out of Molehills (4 of 10)” has been reduced from 50 km to 5000 meters.
* The storyline mission dialogue for "The Numon Claim - Imperial Intervention (3 of 5)" will now correctly refer to the Amarrian Empress rather than Amarrian Emperor. Jamyl Sarum thought it more prudent to ask the agents to update their information rather than go through an unnecessary sex change.
* The mission “Drone Distribution” has had the name of some structures changed. In addition, players can also use a microwarpdrive in the mission area.
* Structures have been moved around in the deadspace areas for the missions “Angel Extravaganza” level 3, “Silence the Informant” level 3 and “Spies R Us (Serpentis version)” level 4.
* The mission “Spies R Us (Blood Raider version)” level 3 has had a missing trigger added. Additionally, the number of destroyers in this mission has been reduced.
* Grammatical errors have been fixed in the mission description for “Seek and Destroy.”
* A typographical error has been fixed in the pop up warning for the COSMOS mission "Contested Amarr Bastion of Blood."
* A grammatical error has been corrected in the name of the fighter group in the mission “The Big Sting (3 of 3).”
* A grammatical error has been corrected in the mission objective for “Lost Records.”

Exploration & Deadspace

* The exploration site "Blood Raider Naval Shipyard" will no longer throw an exception error in the final room.

Science & Industry

* The Reprocessing window will now refine large stacks of items much more quickly. The window has been adjusted to display a message that reprocessing is in progress and the speed has been increased up to 25 times faster. This fix will be released in a future patch

Markets & Contracts

* Many blueprints for COSMOS items have been added to the contracts database and can now be contracted normally.
* The Amarr Navy Heavy Capacitor Booster Blueprint is now published and can be searched in contracts.

Graphics

* Multiple NPC’s have had missing guns added to their ships. Now they look much cooler before you blow them up.

User Interface

* The starmap has been fixed and stars will no longer vanish when zooming in and out.
* The certificates for "Battleship Advanced Artillery Turrets - Elite" and "Battleship Advanced Beam Turrets - Elite" now display the correct description.
* A ship GUID icon has been added to the Show Info window for all Doomsday Devices.
* A grammatical error has been corrected in the error message displayed when attempting to overload Cruise Missile Launchers.
* We have cleaned up the double spaces and trailing of some names in groups and items. A search for said items will now yield the proper result.
* A grammatically incorrect attribute which was displayed in the Show Info of the Naglfar has been removed.
* A grammatical error has been corrected in the “Military-Damage Types (3 of 5)” tutorial.
* A grammatical error has been corrected in the World Map Control Panel.
* Several typographical errors have been corrected in the “Mining” tutorial.

EVE Voice, Mail & Chat

* It is now possible to join voice chat on newly created chat channels. The "Join Audio" button will now display correctly on all newly created player chat channels.
* Players can now join other player created channels normally without getting a message stating "You may own at most 10 mailing channels or mailing lists."

Localized Clients

* Several grammatical errors have been corrected in the Show Info window for all ships in the Russian client
* Several words which were displayed in English have been corrected in the German and Russian clients concerning player-owned structures.

Left 4 Dead - 16 juni 2009

Left 4 Dead has been updated to include a lobby browser. The lobby browser (under Play Online) will show you a list of optimal games available for you to join. The browser pares down the thousands of lobbies and games currently being played to show you the best list of games available to you. This list includes official and add-on campaigns, including add-on campaigns you have not yet installed, making it a great way to discover them. You can filter by difficulty, official and/or add-on campaigns and by lobbies and/or games in progress. The specific changes include:

Left 4 Dead
The Play on Steam Group Server screen now displays which Steam group it's searching while updating the list
After calling a vote to change difficulty in game it is now correctly updated in matchmaking

Add-on Campaigns
When downloading a new version of an add-on and installing it (by double clicking the .VPK file), it will now correctly overwrite the previous version, even while Left 4 Dead is currently running
Addressed a crash when two mission files with the same name are installed
Steam Group Servers now will now correctly offer download links when running add-on campaigns

Server
The server will now warn if the public or private tags exceed their limits. Public tags are limited to 63 characters. Private tags used for matchmaking are now limited to 1024 characters. Note that the private tags include the name of each add-on campaign installed on the server, so an excessive number of add-on campaigns can hit this limit

SDK
The VPK tool should be able to handle campaigns larger than 500MB now
You can now drag and drop or pass a VPK file to the vpk.exe tool to have it extract the contents of the add-on to a folder. This mirrors the functionality of passing a folder and having it create a VPK file
Detail.vbsp and lights.rad have been added to the distribution

Assassin

* Increased the bonuses granted by Vile Poisons to 4/8/12/16/20% per respective feat point (up from 3/6/9/12/15%)

Barbarian

* Blood Rage Stance has been changed to an Active Proc with the same proc rate as Reaver Stance.
* Blood Rage Stance can stack up to 10 times.
* Blood Rage Stance buffs now increase max Health and current Health instead of Evade Chance.
* Reaver Stance can stack up to 10 times.
* Added bonus weapon damage to the core buff of Reaver Stance.
* Increased the bonus weapon damage granted by the core buff of Blood Rage Stance.
* Slightly increased the proc rate of the stance buffs.
* Insanity now increases the maximum stack size of the Blood Rage Stance by 1/2/2 per respective feat point for a total of 5 more stacks.
* Predatory Instincts has been redesigned to increase the maximum stack size of Reaver Stance. The stack size increase is 1/2/2 per respective feat point for a total of 5 extra stacks.
* Spirit of the Panther now provides its critical hit chance increase to Cyclone of Steel based on the number of Reaver Stance stacks active on the Barbarian. With 1 feat point invested, the Barbarian will have +5% chance to critically hit when Reaver Stance reaches 7 stacks or more. With 2 feat points invested, the Barbarian will have +10% chance to critically hit when Reaver Stance reaches 10 stacks or more. With 3 feat points invested, the Barbarian will have +15% chance to critically hit when Reaver Stance reaches 13 stacks or more.
* Savage Fury now requires 10 stacks of Reaver Stance to be active rather than a percentage of health missing.
* Activating Savage Fury increases the damage inflicted by the barbarian’s attacks.
* Endless Fury now increases the duration of Savage Fury by 2.5/5 seconds per respective feat point for both the Barbarian and the team.
* Reduced the bonuses gained from Savage Fury and Endless Fury.
* The Overpower feat has been re-designed. It will now give you a new ability called Overpower. Whenever you trigger an off-hand attack there is a 20/40/60/80/100% to unlock the ability Overpower. This attack is a direct damage cone attack of the barbarian. The damage of Overpower is scaled with the amount of stacks of Reaver you have running. You can only use Overpower when you are in the Reaver Stance.
* Lure has been replaced with a new feat that grants 2/4% fear resistance for each stack of Reaver stance currently active. Unstable Mind has been moved to the Reaver tree and made a 1 feat point. Unstable Mind will now correctly give fear immunity when used.
* Unstable Mind in the Berserker tree has been replaced with the feat Blood Crazed, a 1 point feat. Blood Crazed increases your maximum health while you are in Blood Rage stance.
* The feat "Ability - Welcoming Death" has been changed to "Welcoming Death". This feat now gives you a 45% weapon damage increase when you attack an enemy with 35% or lower health. You will only get this bonus if you are in Blood Rage stance.
* Arcane Marauder has been changed. It now passively gives you a 1/2/3/4/5% immunity chance. Additionally, while you are in Blood Rage stance you have a 4/8/12/16/20% chance of increasing your Blood Rage stack by 1 when taking spell damage. When hit by a spell critical, you gain the Arcane Marauder effect, increasing your movement speed by 25%.
* Fearsome Agility has been removed and replaced with Unstoppable, and has swapped place with Rampage. When attacked while under 35% health, you will gain 6/12/18/24/30% damage deflection for 15 seconds. The internal cooldown for gaining this buff has been lowered from 30 seconds to 15 seconds. This effect will only trigger if you are in Blood Rage stance.
* The Swarm Fighter feat has been changed. The healing proc it causes on minions now scales with the base damage on the minion, rather than being a static amount. Additional feat points now increase the healing done, in addition to the radius of the effect. A minion cannot be affected by Swarm Fighter more than once per minute. This feat now also grants a passive 4/8/12/16/20% weapon damage increase for the barbarian.
* Rampaging Horde now provides the Barbarian's team members with a static amount of ranged and melee weapon damage.
* The Rampage feat has been changed and now gives a permanent combat rating increase.
* Moved Unstoppable from the Reaver tree to the second to last tier in the Berserker Tree.
* Hammer and Anvil now increases the damage dealt by Staggering Blow by 5/10/15/20/25% per respective feat point in addition to its current effect.
* The variance of the Sever damage proc has been lowered so it does more reliable damage. This damage for this proc now also has a chance to critically hit.
* Dance of Death has had its cooldown lowered to 40 seconds and had its damage significantly increased. The AOE damage effect will now only trigger once per swing if hitting multiple targets at once, rather than once per target struck. The variance of the damage was lowered so it inflicts more reliable damage. The damage from Dance of Death can now critically hit.
* Increased the bonuses to the Stunning Punch combo given by the Hammer and Anvil feat to 9/18/27/36/45% per respective feat point (up from 3/6/9/12/15%)
* Increased the bonuses granted by the Cyclone of Razors feat to 5/10/15/20/25% per respective feat point (up from 1/2/3/4/5%)
* Reduced the bonuses granted by the Jagged Weapons feat to 4/8/12% per respective feat point (down from 10/20/30%)
* Reduced the cooldown of Decapitation to 40 seconds (down from 2 minutes)
* Increased the bonuses granted by the Decapitation feat to 8/16/24/32% per point after the first (up from 3/6/9/12%)
* Increased the duration of the Lashing Swords debuff to 10 seconds (was 5).
* Twist and Tear has changed places in the feat tree with Predatory Instincts.
* Increased Evade Chance of Predatory Instincts to 3/6/9/12/15%.
* Increased Stamina Regeneration of Predatory Instincts.
* Increased duration of Predatory Instincts to 15s (was 13s).
* The duration of the buff gained via Reverse Swing now increases by 2 seconds per additional feat point spent, in addition to the magnitude increase.
* Back in the Fray has been changed. It is now just a pure heal and no longer has the requirement to be used after a knockback. It now requires that you have Reaver Stance running, and will consume up to 5 stacks of the reaver stance buff (but does not require 5 stacks to use). The cooldown has been increased to 60 seconds and the tick interval changed from 2 seconds to 3 seconds.


Bear Shaman

* Increased the mana cost of the 4 Manifestations.
* Added a new mechanic to the Bear Shaman: While the Bear Shaman has any Manifestation active, any target hit with Internal Bleed will suffer from the following effects:
o Manifestation of Winter causes the Arctic Slumber vision. The target is drained of stamina and mana over time and when this effect expires, they are snared for a short time.
o Manifestation of the Sun causes the Desert Bloom vision. The target takes fire damage over time and when this effect expires, the Bear Shaman receives a damage boost for a short time.
o Manifestation of the Forest causes the Tree of Life vision. The Bear Shaman gains a self-stacking Armor and Protection buff and when this effect expires, the Bear Shaman gains additional Armor and Protection for a short time.
o Manifestation of Spirit causes the World Walker vision. The target takes poison damage over time and when this effect expires, they suffer a large amount of damage.
* Changed Manifestation: Hostile Territory to Manifestation of Spirit. This spell is gained at level 15 and pulses a 5% damage debuff to all enemies around the Bear Shaman.
* Manifestation: Enfeeble has been replaced with Manifestation of Winter. This spell now has only one rank is gained a level 35 and pulses cold damage on all foes around the Bear Shaman while active.
* Replaced Spirits of the Earth with a new Spell - Manifestation of the Forest. This spell reduces the physical invulnerability rating of all foes around the Bear Shaman by -10% while active.
* Replaced Spirits of the Debased with a new Spell - Manifestation of the Sun. This spell reduces the hate generated by the Bear Shaman and reduces the incoming healing received by all foes around the Bear Shaman by -10% while active.
* Renamed Manifestation: Regrowth to Rune of Regrowth. This spell no longer shares buff lines with any Manifestations.
* All manifestations have had their durations changed to 25 seconds, their cooldown changed to 50 seconds and their cast time reduced to 0.5 seconds.
* Reduced Aspect - Blood Fever to a 3 point feat. This feat no longer grants a new ability.
* Changed Blood Fever to increase weapon damage by 5/10/15% while any Manifestation is active.
* Changed Untamed Regeneration to no longer grant a new ability. It now grants the same amount of regeneration while any Manifestation is active.
* Internal Bleed III has had its combo-sequence reduced from three steps to two (UR>UP)
* Internal Bleed IV has had its combo-sequence reduced from four steps to two (LR>UP)
* Added a New Feat: Mutilation. The feat is located above Bewilder in the Wrath tree and increases the critical chance of the Internal Bleed damage over time effect by 5/10/15/20/25% per respective rank and increases the critical bonus damage by 60/70/80/90/100% per respective rank.
* Crushed Bones has been changed from affecting the combo opener for Internal Bleed to affecting the finisher damage. The bonus has been recalculated accordingly.
* Crushed Organs has been increased by an additional 1% per rank.
* Removed all Spirit Totem spells. Some of the bonuses granted by these Totems has been added to different Claw effects as follows: Claws of Corruption and Claws of the Reaper now provide additional Combat Rating (Unholy) passively. Claws of Life and Claws of Stone now provide additional Armor passively.
* Ursine Spirit has been moved to the place Spirit Totem: Miasma used to occupy.
* Spirit Totem: Miasma has been renamed to Gangrene. It now increases the periodic damage of Manifestation of Winter.
* Spirit Walker has been changed to modify the damage over time effect and the ending damage of the World Walker vision.
* Shards of the Earth has been changed and now significantly increases the damage of Ursine Crush.
* Ursine Roar no longer grants a spell and has been renamed Ursine Spirit and is now located in the Spirits tree. It now improves the damage debuff component of Manifestation of Spirit by 1/2/5% per respective feat point.
* Added a new feat to the Wrath tree: Winter's Bite. This feat increases the power of the mana and stamina drain effect of Arctic Slumber and the power of the ending snare effect caused by Arctic Slumber.
* Scarred Hide has been changed to have a chance to give the bonus armor buff on all physical hits, not just critical hits. The proc chance has been adjusted down to 3%/8%/16% and the armor bonus to 10%.
* Iron Hide has been significantly improved. The duration has been lowered to 6 seconds, but it will now fully absorb up to 100 attacks during that period. In addition, attacks against you while Iron Hide is running will grant you a damage increase during and after Iron Hide activation. The more attacks you absorb, the higher this damage bonus will be. The cooldown of Iron Hide has been increased to 2 minutes (up from 1.5 minutes).
* Ursine Crush has had its cooldown lowered to 1 minute.
* Created a new 3 point feat on the third tier in the Wrath tree: Ursine Fury. This feat increases the duration of the stun effect caused by Ursine Crush by 0.5/1/1.5 seconds per respective feat point.
* Created a new 1 point feat on the sixth tier in the Wrath tree: Ursinity. This feat reduces the cooldown of Ursine Rush by 15 seconds.
* Created a new 2 point feat on the eighth tier in the Wrath tree: Rampaging Crush - This feat increases the radius of Ursine Crush by 1/2 meters per respective feat point.
* A new feat Companion Spirit has been added into the Spirits tree, as a requirement to Booming Roar. When you perform a physical critical hit you have a 10/20/30/40/50% chance of spawning a Companion Spirit, and whenever you perform a fatality a Companion Spirit will be created. Regardless of how the Companion Spirit is summoned, a Companion Spirit cannot be summoned more than once every 15 seconds. The bear attacks with you and stacks up the Physical Torment debuff on the enemy. Additionally, if you have Claws of the Reaper running, it will apply the Claws of Stone debuff on the target, and if you have Claws of Stone running, it will apply Claws of the Reaper instead.
* Claws of the Reaper now provides all players attacking the cursed target with a damage boost if they are currently affected by Renewal.
* Switched the locations of Claws of Life and Claws of the Reaper.
* Increased the bonuses granted to the Crush Armor combo by the Rupture feat to 20% (up from 5%).
* Bloodthirst has had the final step of its combo-sequence changed from UP to UL making the new sequence LR>UR>UL
* The damage of the Bloodthirst combo has been increased.
* Blood Champion has been changed from a clickable to an additional passive damage bonus when casting Blood Flow. The damage bonus has been reduced to 6/12/18/24/30% weapon contribution.
* Increased the duration of the Blood Warrior effect to 15 seconds.
* Ursine Rush has been changed to a 1 point feat.
* Changed the Rune of Slaughter feat to "Slaughter" This feat now passively increases Armor Penetration.
* Added the Physical Ruin proc to the Rune of Aggression spell.
* Increased the cooldown of Rune of Aggression to 45 seconds.
* Slightly increased the weapon contribution bonus gained from Rune of Aggression.
* Weight of the World no longer grants an ability. It now increases critical damage by 2.5/5% per respective feat point.
* Battle Roar no longer grants a new spell. It instead provides a reduced bonus to weapon damage and max health passively.
* Increased the Miss Chance debuff values of Ursine Brawl to 3/5/8% per respective combo rank.
* All ranks of Ursine Brawl now share cooldowns.
* Increased the bonuses granted by Ursine Onslaught to 9/18/27/36/45% (up from 2/4/6/8/10%)
* The cooldown of Ether Theft has been reduced to 25 seconds, down from 30.
* Lycanthropic Bite has been made instant-cast, down from 1 second.
* Ursine Crush has been adjusted so that the damage component occurs before the stun component.
* The casting time of Booming Roar has been reduced from 1 second to 0.1 seconds.
* Renamed the Fierce Recovery blocker effect to 'Hibernation' to avoid a naming conflict.


Conqueror

* Increased the bonuses granted by Rend and Tear to 5/10/15/20/25% per respective feat point (up from 3/6/9/12/15%)
* Increased the bonuses to the Batter Aside combo given by the Devastate feat to 9/18/27/36/45% per respective feat point (up from 2/4/6/8/10%)
* Increased the bonuses granted by the Power Feint feat to 5/10/15/20/25% per respective feat point (up from 1/2/3/4/5%)


Guardian

* Fixed an issue which caused the Crippling Thrusts feat to increase the damage of Reckoning.


Necromancer

* The mana cost of the spells used by pets have been lowered.
* Using General of the Dead will now correctly put Slaughter Wraith on cooldown, and will now also put Despoil the Soul and Reap the Soul on similar cooldowns.


Ranger

* All class-specific melee combos (Incapacitating Stabs I & II, Cripple I & II, Shield Bash and Immolation) are now usable while a one-handed blunt weapon is equipped as your primary weapon. The tooltips now also reflect on these changes.


GENERAL

* Purchased pets and companions, such as the Cobra, Tabby, or Field Mouse, can now be traded between players.
* Lacheish Plains: Fixed an issue where the zone door would randomly fail to port players to Field of the Dead.
* Cradle of Decay: Falling debris shot down from tunnel roofs should now injure both enemies and players more reliably on impact.



COMBAT

* When a target resists a hostile spell, it will now still go on cooldown. This is to prevent incidents where a caster would spam an instant-cast spell until it went through on a target with high spell resistance.



PvP

General

* Mage shield absorb values are now capped in PvP to either absorb the full amount, or 20% of the damage. (down from 50% of the damage).


Massive PvP

* Siege weapons now disappear faster after getting destroyed.
* The point values of the buildings have been adjusted. The profession buildings and the keep are now worth more points while the point values of walls and towers have been lowered.



NPCs / MOBS

* Cradle of Decay: Nogg now correctly resets himself less often after you have successfully killed Haid.
* Cradle of Decay: The Lord of Decay should no longer attempt to kill uninvolved group members if they return to the Cradle in the middle of the fight after dying.
* Vengeful Drowned Ones should now correctly drop Mortiferous Tasset, Bloodsire Helm, Vashian Treads, and Kel'Avashk Cap.



QUESTS

Destiny Quest (Soul Chamber)

* The Grim Grey God encounter has become easier. Your progress through the encounter no longer resets to the beginning when you perish. Encounter mechanics such as sarcophagus buffs and cultist wave spawns are now communicated clearer and more consistent.

* Earthen Shackles: reduced casting time to 1 second; decreased slow effect to 66%; now effects target and all adjacent foes.
* Ebon Hawk: reduced casting time to 1 second; reduced damage to 10..85. Functionality changed to: "Send a projectile that strikes for 10..85 earth damage and causes Weakness for 5..15 seconds if it hits."
* Elemental Flame: functionality changed to: "For 5..20 seconds, whenever an Elemental hex is applied to target foe, that foe is set on fire for 3..5 seconds."
* Invoke Lightning: reduced recharge to 10 seconds.

* Wastrel's Demise: decreased casting time to 1/4 second. Functionality changed to: "Hex Spell: Target foe takes 5..40 damage. If that foe was not using a skill, that foe suffers -1..3 Health degeneration for 10 seconds."

Monk

* Divine Boon: decreased Energy loss to 1; now only provides healing when you cast Protection Prayers or Divine Prayers spells.
* Shielding Hands: functionality changed to: "For 8 seconds, damage received by target ally is reduced by 3..18. When Shielding Hands ends, that ally is healed for 5..50 Health."

Necromancer

* Poisoned Heart: functionality changed to: "You and all adjacent foes are Poisoned for 5..15 seconds."

Paragon

* Finale of Restoration: increased recharge to 20 seconds. Functionality changed to: "For 10..35 seconds, the next 5 times that a chant or shout ends on target non-spirit ally, that ally is healed for 15..75 Health."

Ranger

* Selfless Spirit: reduced recharge to 15 seconds; decreased Energy reduction to 3. Functionality changed to: "For 15..20 seconds, spells you cast that target another ally cost 3 less energy."

Necromancer

* Masochism: functionality changed to: "For 10..40 seconds, you have +2 to your Death Magic and Soul Reaping attributes and sacrifice 5..3% of your maximum Health when you cast a spell."

Ranger

* Pets in PvE take 33% less damage and deal 33% more damage in combat.
* Call of Haste: increased movement and attack speed to 33%.
* Comfort Animal: decreased Energy cost to 5. Functionality changed to: "You heal your animal companion for 20..104 Health. If your companion is dead, it is resurrected with 10..58% Health. If you have Comfort Animal equipped, your animal companion will travel with you."
* Enraged Lunge: functionality changed to: "Your animal companion attempts an Enraged Lunge that applies a Deep Wound to target foe for 5..20 seconds and deals +10..50 damage."
* Melandru's Assault: functionality changed to: "Your animal companion attempts a Melandru's Assault that deals +5..20 damage to all nearby foes."
* Predatory Bond: functionality changed to: "For 5..20 seconds, your animal companion attacks 25% faster and heals you for 1..31 Health with each attack."

* Fixed a bug that allowed players to turn pets from the Zaishen Menagerie into Nehdukah for 100 gold.
* Fixed a bug that prevented short-duration enchantments from applying to characters hexed by Mark of Insecurity.
* Fixed a bug that caused animals in the Zaishen Menagerie to drop festival loot.
* Fixed a bug that prevented the counter for "Can't Touch This!" from refreshing upon recast.
* Fixed a bug when using "Air of Superiority" that prevented "Is there anything I can't do?" from recharging Norn forms.
* Fixed a bug when using Signet of Binding that prevented Restoration spirits from resurrecting members of the correct team.


Miscellaneous

* Added a Canthan Ambassador to Lion's Arch International Districts.
* Added a description for unlocking M.O.X.
* Updated the AI for Heroes so they will only use Epidemic when adjacent foes are present.
* Updated the AI for Heroes to improve their use of the Ritualist skill Splinter Weapon.
* Improved the response time of spirits created by the Ritualist skill Signet of Spirits.
* Removed Guild Registrar from Ascalon City International Districts.
* Tonics no longer make noise in a town or outpost.
