Axiom Verge is een actie-platform-exploratie game in 16-bit die zijn inspiratie haalt uit titels als Metroid, Contra en Blaster Master. De volledige game is gemaakt door één persoon, Tom Happ, door zich gedurende vijf jaar in de avonden en weekenden op zijn project te storten. De game kwam al eerder naar de PC en PlayStation 4, maar komt nu ook naar de Nintendo Wii U en Xbox One. Laatstgenoemde versie is vanaf 30 september verkrijgbaar en vandaag kunnen we alvast de achievements onder de loep nemen.
